The food is really good, especially the pork belly with chili and garlic, roasted duck red curry, and the must-have fried ice cream. The fried rice is really good and the pad see ew chicken is average good. However, the pork belly was not fresh and not worth the money.

The food was served quickly, but the staff was not attentive to our complaint about the pork belly.
Overall, Holy Basil Parramatta is a great pick for a late lunch with amazing looking decor and fast, tasty meals. However, the staff could be more attentive and the pork belly was not fresh.
