Jarn Leva Vietnamese is a relaxed and easy place to grab a fairly decent bowl of pho. The regular size is generous enough and they dont skimp on the condiments, offering plenty of sprouts, basil, coriander, lemon, and sauces to mix into your soup. The grilled chicken pho is delicious and the banh mi rolls are reasonably priced. The bread rolls are fresh and crusty on the outside, soft inside, and the fillings are a bit dry. Service is just above average. Prices are also just above average. Overall, its a great place to get a tasty and generous bowl of pho.
