Le Chinois

Le Chinois is a traditional Cantonese cuisine restaurant located in Shinhwa World Marriott Resort. It features 30 years star chef Alan Chan Wai Lun and is known for its signature menu of Dimsom and Peking duck with carving service. The menu is full of unique and flavorful dishes, such as Wonton noodle soup, Fried sweet & sour Jeju pork, Deep fried squid with salt & pepper, HK style spicy soy bean paste noodles, Fried rice, minced beef & duck, X.O. sauce, and a Glutinous rice cake for dessert.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is elegant and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The food is of excellent quality and the prices are reasonable. Despite the price, customers have reported that the amount and composition of the food can be a bit disappointing. All in all, Le Chinois is a great place to experience traditional Cantonese cuisine in a luxurious setting.
