Parkland Restaurant

Parkland Restaurant is a classic yum cha restaurant with a unique ordering system. Instead of having a cart service, customers must make an order list and queue at the counter to pick their own food. The staff are polite and work hard, but the restaurant could do with more staff to provide better service. The environment, hygiene and atmosphere could also be improved.

The food is generally good, with highlights being the Pipis in XO sauce and the special fried rice. However, the shrimp dumplings and sesame fried balls with red bean are not as flavourful. The tea unfortunately appears to be oily.

Overall, the food is good but the service and atmosphere are lacking. The final bill can be expensive due to the extra charges, so customers may want to consider other options.
