Seng Boon Prawn Noodle (Cheng Wen Shi Jia) is a hidden gem in the old HDB estate of Everton Park. The stall owner, Ah Boon, is known for his delicious and generous Lor Mee and prawn noodle dishes. For $4.50, customers can enjoy a dry prawn noodle with generous portions of medium to big size prawns, slices of pork, lots of fish cakes, fried shallots, and the wonderful deep fried pork crackles. The $4.00 Lor Mee comes with thick gravy lor, half an egg, pieces of deep fried fish nuggets, tender pork and fish cakes. Customers can add in the minced garlic and dark vinegar on their own. For take-out orders, customers can request for soup.
