The Prawn Katsu is crispy and juicy, while the Spicy Chicken Roll is quite spicy and refreshing. The Salmon Roll is particularly noteworthy, with the biggest piece of salmon in any sushi roll. The staff are friendly and efficient, making the experience all the more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the Lobster Inari and Crab Inari are not up to par, with tasteless seafood extender and soggy tofu skin. Despite this, Sushi Hub Maddington is a great option for a quick bite, offering a decent selection of sushi rolls and friendly service.
