The Gozleme Co

The Gozleme Co is a Turkish restaurant that offers a wide variety of traditional dishes. Unfortunately, the customer experience is far from ideal. Tables were covered in crumbs, staff do not wear hairnets or gloves while preparing food, and the cutlery had dried dough clumps. The quality of the Gozleme was also lacking, with the pastry being undercooked. The staff lack professionalism, with customers being shouted at for not paying immediately. Furthermore, the restaurant advertises food that they no longer offer, and tea was not available at the time. All in all, The Gozleme Co is not a place worth visiting, with customers being better off going to Birkenhead Point Food Court for the best Gozleme with the best customer service.
