Adam’s Rib Barbecue

Adams Rib Barbecue is a small but popular barbecue restaurant located just outside of Eaton. It has a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, and the food is highly praised by customers. The pulled pork is particularly popular, as well as the combo platter with a choice of three meats. The brisket is tender and moist, and the Mac & cheese, baked beans, and cornbread are all delicious. The only downside is that the sausage link doesn’t have much smoke flavor. Customers also recommend the pulled pork and Mac and cheese sandwich on Texas toast, as well as the side of hash browns. Unfortunately, Adams Rib Barbecue does not accept cards, but it is worth the visit for its amazing food and welcoming atmosphere.
