Busan Jokbal is a great place to try a famous dish from the city. The pork is rich and delicate, and goes especially well with the side dishes provided, like pickled radish and cucumbers. The portion size is generous and a medium plate is enough for 3 people without additional rice. Service is a bit slow due to the number of people, but the food is worth the wait. Prices are reasonable and it comes with a free can of Korean sprite. We highly recommend trying this place at least once to experience the unique flavor of the jokbal.
