Coral Oasis Tavern

Coral Oasis Tavern is a hidden gem located across from the Coral Bay Beach hotel & resort. It is a lovely old school restaurant full of charm and character that feels very homely. The charcoal BBQ menu of suckling pig, lamb and chicken is interesting and the portions are generous. The kleftiko lamb is especially excellent and tender. On Saturday nights, the owner provides traditional entertainment and has the entire restaurant joining in, making it a great fun experience for everyone. The meze is plentiful and challenging to the teeth, and the drinks selection is good. The atmosphere is good, but the kebabs are too dry and difficult to chew. Nevertheless, it is well worth a visit for its warm welcome and friendly staff, and its unique entertainment and traditional food.
