Five Spice Prawn Fritter

Ngoh Hiang (Five Spice Prawn Fritter) is an iconic Singaporean dish that has been delighting locals for generations. This stall, previously located at Tanjong Pagar 2nd floor coffee shop, has finally found a new home at a nearby food centre. Here, they make their own prawn fritters with traditional hand-made ingredients full of goodness. The bee hoon is fried with lard and their chilli comes with fresh garlic shallots, making it one of the best Ngoh Hiang stalls in Singapore. Despite the small carpark, the experience is worth the wait with their fresh ingredients and delicious flavours. However, its important to note that the stall operates for only 2 hours each day, so its best to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
