Honey Nails & Spa has an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere, where customers feel unwelcome and rushed. The nail tools are not sanitized and services are overpriced. Customers have experienced poor customer service, where the staff have been known to converse in their own language and laugh at customers. There have also been reports of a jet shower spraying customers, and a charge for services that were not completed. This salon is not recommended for its unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere.
