Le Rabelais is a 5-star restaurant located in the luxurious Dalat Palace Hotel. The atmosphere is one of old-world charm, with a beautiful interior and an amazing view from the terrace. The afternoon tea experience is delightful, with lots of dessert options and a reasonable rate. Unfortunately, the food quality is subpar, and the staff dont seem to care. Payment with a credit card can also be a hassle. For a truly memorable experience, come for the atmosphere and view, but not the food.
