Little Minhs Kitchen is a great option for Vietnamese cuisine in the Lower Mainland. The restaurant is clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is consistently delicious, with a large variety of unique dishes like the Minhs Roll, a shrimp salad roll with a spring roll inside. Customers rave about the flavourful lemongrass chicken, and the generous portions of pho with tendon, rare beef, and brisket. Prices are also very reasonable, making Little Minhs a great option for both take-out and dine-in. The only issue is that the AC/ventilation system isnt always working, but hopefully this gets fixed soon.
