Niseko Naniwatei

Niseko Naniwatei is a unique Japanese fine dining experience, offering a variety of local ingredients and delicate cooking. The service is excellent, with the bar/waiter manager, Andrew, and the chef, Mirai, providing attentive and dedicated service. The food quality is top-notch, with unique flavours such as 540 day aged potato. Despite the high price point, the restaurant provides blankets on request and the overall service is good. However, guests should be aware that the 10% consumption tax and service charge is actually 21% total. Although the service can be slow at times, the food is of high quality and the atmosphere is pleasant and polite.
