Osteria ndivino Salentino is located in the center of Ostuni and offers a simple menu with typical dishes of the Apulian tradition. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are fair. The outdoor seating is pleasant and the cold cuts and cheese platter is simple yet tasty. The first courses, such as orecchiette with tomato sauce and cacioricotta, are good and flavorful, though the portions are small. The rice with mussels and potatoes is not as flavorful, but still enjoyable. The indoor seating is not air-conditioned and the wait for dishes can be long. All in all, its a great place to enjoy traditional Apulian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere.
