Phonatic Restaurant

Phonatic Restaurant is a great spot for Vietnamese cuisine. Their Pho broth is balanced and not too salty, and their Crispy pork is delicious with perfect crackling. The Vermicelli noodle is also quite nice, and the portions are generous and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and the decor is cool. Unfortunately, the tables are quite small and the music isnt suited to the environment. The food is generally good, although the tap water tastes a bit weird and the Chicken in cold rolls can be a bit dry and lack flavour.
