Picton Bowling Club

Picton Bowling Club is a great spot for a Friday lunch with friends. With a membership fee of only $15 for 3 years, its a great value for locals. The food is tasty and generous in portion size, with the scotch fillet, fish, and duck all being particularly popular. The new restaurant, Jack and Dolly, offers delicious pub food that is sure to please. The cheeseburger was a particular favorite, and the smoked trout on charcoal toast and devilled eggs were also delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with the old bowling club needing a bit of a face lift, but still a great place to enjoy a meal. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside is that the steak is served on top of chips, making them soggy and difficult to cut. Otherwise, its a great spot for a meal with friends.
