Pinchos Bar De Tapas is a great place to experience a unique atmosphere and delicious tapas style meal. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The menu is stacked with a $100+ assortment of tapas and delicious cocktails, making it hard to choose from. The croquettes and the $2 chorizos were the only selections that really wowed us. The egg taco, mushrooms, and calamari were all tasty, though the calamari was a bit chewy. The pina colada and tequila cocktail are sweet and flavorful, with a hint of chilli. The environment is nice and cozy, with rustic and fancy heaters outside. The music is at the ideal volume, so that you can have conversations and enjoy the Latin tunes. The Ceviche is innovative with mango, and the Solomillo is melt-in-your-mouth pork with truffle sauce and mushrooms. The Pintxos de Pollo is the highlight, with grilled chickens, a slightly sweet sauce, and eggplant. Split billing is also available, making it a great place for couples or groups.
