Sagra Restaurant is a hidden gem tucked away next to Hyde Park, offering an intimate and cozy atmosphere for its guests. The restaurant serves up seasonal Italian dishes that are of exceptional quality, with the menu changing almost daily to reflect the availability and seasonality of produce.
Guests can enjoy a range of delicious dishes such as roasted fioretto, fonduta and pine nuts, campanelle, black truffle & pecorino, and dark chocolate mousse. The Arancini was particularly delicious, featuring a wonderfully fried and crispy exterior, complemented by the gooey richness of aged mozzarella. The Parpadelle ragu was perfectly al dente, and the smoked eggplant was also notably delicious. The Tiramisu was of impressive quality and creamy, while the Pannacotta was truly the star of the show, with its accompanying raspberry coulis being thick and tart with the perfect touch of sweetness.
The service is friendly, attentive and fast, and the owner and chef are always on hand to discuss the menu and its seasonal changes. All in all, Sagra Restaurant is a great spot for an intimate and delicious dining experience.
