Sideshow Burgers Seddon

Sideshow Burgers is an Australian owned, American-style burger shop with 13 (soon 14) stores now open within Victoria. The owners are hospo pros, working previously at @ariarestaurant and @danoi95. The Sideshow burger features Angus beef pattie, cheese, lettuce, pickle, mustard, kewpie mayo, ketchup and grilled onions. The Ringmaster burger features Southern fried chicken, secret sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickle and grilled onions (plus bacon). The sides include waffle fries, onion rings and mac and cheese croquettes. The Supershakes include Oreo and Peanut.

Customers are delighted by the quality of the burgers, the choice of buns, and the unique flavors. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the pattie is underseasoned and the Mac and Cheese Croquettes are too dry and bland. The Supershakes are also not prominent enough in flavor.
