Singapura Rojak and Popiah

Singapura Rojak and Popiah is a hidden gem within Joo Seng Food Place. The ingredients of the rojak are well prepared, with tau-pok and you-tiao toasted to the right level of crispiness, and mango and jambu to add a unique twist. The prawn paste dressing is not too sweet, making it a great choice for those who prefer a more savoury flavour. The popiah is also better than most stalls, making it a must-try.

The atmosphere is quite relaxed and laid-back, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Do note that there is no prominent sign displayed, so you have to know the place and look out for it. The stall is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so its not for weekend food hunters.
