Vaughans Cafe and Deli is a great place to start your day with a friendly greeting and delicious coffee. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when it comes to dietary requirements. The generous and fresh smashed avo (vegan version) and the tasty bacon and egg roll are both fantastic options. The coffee is delish and the babycinos come with generous marshmallows. Its also a great spot for local and international produce. Overall, its a great cafe with a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!
