Sapphires, formerly Woods and Irons, is a restaurant located within the Moranbah Golf Club, providing a spacious and comfortable dining area with stunning views of the course from the rear deck. The restaurant offers a great menu selection with plenty of specials, and a good selection of tap beers. The service is timely and the food is generous in portion size. Prices are reasonable, however some of the sides may be a bit overpriced. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making it a great place to come and appreciate the sunset. Despite some of the dishes being overcooked, Sapphires is definitely worth a visit.
