Description
Dombedon is a popular BBQ restaurant in Jeju, South Korea, famous for its black pork. Its posters may suggest that it is Michelin-starred, but it is not in the Michelin guide. Nevertheless, the food here is of high quality. The basic set is enough for two and includes a nice selection of banchan, and the staff will go around tables cooking for the diners, making sure the meat is not overcooked. The combination of the black pork and the banchan is delightful and the boiled pork is surprisingly delightful. The price for two is quite reasonable, and it is easy to locate, right beside the Black Pork street sign. However, some customers have had a negative experience here, reporting limited menu, poorly cooked food, and a general feeling of being scammed. If you are looking for a great BBQ experience in Jeju, it is best to follow the locals and eat next door.
