Take the bus or limousine van: about 4–5 hours for 150–160 km, climbing from the beach to about 1,500 m, and many companies pick you up at your Mui Ne hotel. There is no flight. Pickup in Mui Ne
Many buses and vans collect you from your hotel along the Mui Ne beach road. It is hot at sea level, but keep a jacket or hoodie in your day bag, not in the hold: you will want it on arrival.

Through Phan Thiet and the dry coast
The first part runs past dragon fruit farms and dry, sandy country under strong sun. A short comfort stop on the way is normal.

The climb to the plateau
The road leaves the coastal plain and climbs into the hills in long bends. Sit by a window for the valley views, and take a motion-sickness tablet before boarding if bends bother you.

Into the highlands
Pine forest, coffee and vegetable farms, greenhouses: you are at about 1,500 m and the air is clearly cooler than the beach you left a few hours ago.

Arrive in Da Lat. Where the bus stops depends on the company; from most drop-off points a Grab or taxi to Mooka's Home is a short ride.

How long is the bus from Mui Ne to Da Lat?
About 4–5 hours for 150–160 km. It takes longer than the distance suggests because the road climbs from sea level to about 1,500 m. A private car is a little quicker, about 3.5–4 hours.
How much is the bus from Mui Ne to Da Lat?

Morning if you can. You see the climb in daylight and arrive with the afternoon free for a first walk or the Discover Da Lat tour. In the rainy season (May–October) showers in Da Lat are most common in the afternoon.
How cold is Da Lat after Mui Ne?
Daytime highs in Da Lat are about 20–24°C all year and nights drop to around 10–16°C (as low as 10°C in December). After the beach it feels about 10°C cooler when you step off, so arrive with a warm layer.
Can I fly from Mui Ne to Da Lat?
No. Mui Ne has no airport, so the bus or a private car is how everyone goes.
